With the Citizen Hotline, citizen concerns are e-mailed directly to City staff to be forwarded to the appropriate personnel.

If you have an urgent or time-sensitive issue to report after hours, please contact the non-emergency dispatch number at 281-471-3810 prior to completing an online form or emailing the Citizen Hotline.
