The La Porte Police Department has recently named 
Officer Robyn Gallion as their
"Winter 2011 - Employee of the Quarter."


 

Robyn began his career with the La Porte Police Department in 1999, after serving several years as a member of the La Porte EMS staff. He has provided service for the agency as Patrol Officer, Crime Scene Investigator, Commercial Motor Vehicle Inspector, Accident Reconstructionist, and a Police Area Representative for the Support Services Division.  His performance in the Support Services Division is well above average and he is respected by his peers for his continual efforts. Robyn has an obvious commitment toward improvement in department/community relations and regularily interacts with citizens in a positive way. He is generous with his time and consistently ensures that projects he is involved in are first-rate.

Detective Kenny Martin as their
"Fall 2011 - Employee of the Quarter."

Kenny began his career with the La Porte Police Department in 2000 and has provided service for the agency as both a Patrol Officer and a Detective for the Street Crimes Division.  Since joining the division, Kenny has proven himself as a motivated team-player and has been directly involved in multiple Felony and Misdemeanor arrests.  His attention to detail and adherence to overall unit safety has made him well-respected among his peers and have also proven him to be an asset for the department.

The La Porte Police Department named 
Telecommunicator Shaye Bradley as their
"Summer 2011 - Employee of the Quarter."
 



Shaye joined the La Porte Police Department at the close of 2009 and has since provided exemplary service as an agency Telecommunicator. Since joining the dispatch team, she has taken on the additional role of Emergency Medical Dispatch Quality Assurance/Control representative, which monitors and trains dispatch staff in becoming better communicators in dealing with emergency medical calls.  Shaye has also created a Morale Program for her work peers in an effort to improve the  environment in an already stressful job.  Her decication to her daily tasks and personal extension to her co-workers are both traits beyond measure.

The La Porte Police Department named 
Officer Brion Boznango as their
"Spring 2011 - Employee of the Quarter."
 

 

Brion began his career with the La Porte Police Department in 2007 and has served as both an Evening-Shift and Night-Shift Patrolman.  During the beginning of 2011 Brion captured the attention of peers and supervisors alike as he continually displayed great crime fighting efforts which resulted in the arrests of multiple area burglars and drug violators.  His dedication to the La Porte Police Department's mission of providing a safe environment for the community was clearly evident and remains admirable.

The La Porte Police Department has recently named 
Public Safety Attendant and Department Crime Analyst Austin Alberson as their
"Winter 2010 - Employee of the Quarter."
 

 

Austin began his career with the La Porte Police Department in 2007 and initially served as a full-time Public Safety Attendant in the facility Jail.  However, a set of Austin's alternate talents were later recognized and he was appointed to an additional part-time role in 2009 as a Crime Analyst for the organization.  His skills in crime mapping and trend forecasting, as well as his continued service in the Jail facility, have been an asset to the police department in their primary goal to suppress crime and enhance public safety.

The La Porte Police Department named 
Criminal Investigation Specialist Betsy Bergeron as their
"Fall 2010 - Employee of the Quarter."
 

 

Betsy began her career with the La Porte Police Department in 2008 and has provided service as both an Assistant to the Administrative Division and as a Criminal Investigative Specialist for the agency's Criminal Investigation Divison. Since joining the Division, Betsy has been instrumental in the coordination of countless investigative & research activities and has proven herself as a valuable employee of the police department.

Detective Tobie Bogue as their
"Summer 2010 - Employee of the Quarter."

Tobie began his career with the La Porte Police Department in 2002 and has provided service as both a Patrol Officer and a Detective for the Street Crimes Division.  Since joining the division, Tobie has been involved in multiple drug-related investigations and arrests, which have proved a significant benefit for both the department and the citizens of La Porte

Detective Frank Fullbright as their
"Spring 2010 - Employee of the Quarter."

Frank began his career with the La Porte Police Department in 2000 and has provided service as both a Patrol Officer and a Detective for the Criminal Investigations Division.  Since joining the division, Frank has proven to be a continued assest for the Police Department; working dilligently to investigate criminal events.

The La Porte Police Department named
Officer Matt Novosad as their
"Winter 2009 - Employee of the Quarter."

 

Matt began his career with the La Porte Police Department in 2000 and has provided service to the community as both a Patrol Officer and School Resource Officer.  He is currently assigned to the Lomax Junior High campus and has proved himself a vital link between the Police Department, The City of La Porte, and La Porte ISD.

The La Porte Police Department named Animal Control Officer
Clarence Anderdson as their
"Fall 2009 - Employee of the Quarter."

 

Clarence has served with the City of La Porte's Humane Division since 1985.  During his tenure, he has been a vital contributor to the success and advancement of the division.  His persistent dedication led to ACO Anderson to being appointed as the Humane Supervisor in 2004 and he continues to be an essential component for both his division as well as the entire police department.

The La Porte Police Department named  
Wendy Swink as their
"Summer 2009 - Employee of the Quarter."

Wendy began her career with the City of La Porte as a Deputy Court Clerk in 2002, transferred to the Police Department in 2004 as a Records Specialist, and currently serves the La Porte Police Department as a Property Room Custodian. Her attention to detail and efficiency in the processing of evidence are a major asset to the Police Department.

Rafael Garza as their
"Spring 2009 - Employee of the Quarter."



Raphael has served with the La Porte Police Department as a Maintenance Technician since 2008 and has also provided the City of La Porte with an additional 10 years of service.  His skills are valuable and clearly contribute to the success of the Police Department's mission.
