The Purchasing Division has the responsibility for the orderly procurement of all materials, supplies and services for the City. The Division will provide for the fair and equitable treatment of all persons involved in public purchasing by the City, will maximize the purchasing value of public funds in procurement, and will provide safeguards for maintaining a procurement system of quality and integrity.
