RFQ #12605 Northside Neighborhood IV Home Grant Program, Phase 1

The City of La Porte will continue its development and construction of six (6) homes as part of the Northside Neighborhood IV HOME Grant Program. The Program consists of two (2) phases, with three (3) homes being constructed in each phase.  This notice requests a Statement of Qualifications and Experience from interested builder(s).  The builder(s) shall be required to provide drawings, design plans and cost estimates to construct three (3) single family homes for Phase I.  The City intends to retain a builder(s) with demonstrated abilities to meet timelines, budgets and client expectations. We are especially interested in builders with previous experience in developing affordable infill housing using HUD-generated funding and who are familiar with federal guidelines.
