Water Production is accountable for production and delivery of City’s drinking water. This division also maintains and operates the La Porte Area Water Authority, which supplies treated surface water to the cities of La Porte, Shoreacres, and Morgan’s Point.  The City of La Porte is rated as having a “Superior Public Water System” by the TCEQ and is proud of it’s achievement!
