How do I get on the Bidder’s List?
Print and complete a vendor application from the website or contact Purchasing at 281-471-5020 ext. 5124

How do I obtain an appointment?
Purchasing schedules appointments with vendors on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9:00 am - 11:00 am and 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. We are located at 2963 N. 23rd Street, La Porte, TX 77571.

Is it possible to meet with individual departments to show new products?
Purchasing will handle all appointments and distribute all information to the appropriate departments. If interested, the department will contact the vendor.
