About the City Manager
Corby Alexander was appointed City Manager on July 2, 2012. Originally from Henderson, Texas, Corby Alexander has been employed in local government for 21 years. Of those 21 years, 5 were served as City Manager for the City of Bonham and 3 as the City Manager for the City of Jefferson. Prior to his first City Manager position, Corby held the position of Assistant to the City Manager/Management Analyst in College Station.
 
Education
Corby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Texas A&M and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the George Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M.

Personal

Corby and his lovely wife of 23 years, Ericka, are proud parents of 5 children. The Alexander family enjoys attending church and family outings.
