Youth Winter 2024 Basketball League
Registration open October 5 – November 6, for K – 8th Grade (coed). Tryout & coaches’ draft process for 2nd Grade and up will be used to form teams. Tryouts & coaches’ draft will be held during the week of November 13 – 17. Tryout schedule will be emailed to all participants and posted online at LAPORTETX.GOV/YOUTHBASKETBALL. Hard registration deadline of November 6 with NO LATE REGISTRATION. $60/player includes game jersey. Practices begin the week of November 27. Season games run January 6 – February 25, with games on Saturdays & Sundays. Volunteer coaches needed!

Kindergarten: No tryouts. Teams will be formed by the league coordinator.
1st Grade: No tryouts. Teams will be formed by the league coordinator.
2nd Grade: Players' Tryout on Monday, Nov. 13, between 6:00-7:00 PM | Coaches' Draft on Thursday, Nov. 16 @ 6:00 PM
3rd Grade: Players' Tryout on Monday, Nov. 13, between 7:00-8:00 PM | Coaches' Draft on Thursday, Nov. 16 @ 7:00 PM
4th Grade: Players' Tryout on Tuesday, Nov. 14, between 6:00-7:00 PM | Coaches' Draft on Thursday, Nov. 16 @ 8:00 PM
5th Grade: Players' Tryout on Tuesday, Nov. 14, between 7:00-8:00 PM | Coaches' Draft on Friday, Nov. 17 @ 6:00 PM
